City & Guilds 7300 Introduction to Trainer Skills award.
Training is an important management skill that is often overlooked in formal management training.
You do not have to be a full time trainer to have training responsibilities.
These days most managers and supervisors will find themselves taking on the role of the trainer. Managers, supervisors and trainers all need the opportunity to learn and develop their craft. |
