City & Guilds 7300-01 Introduction to Trainer Skills award.
Training others is a key management skill and you do not have to be a full time trainer to have training responsibilities. Most managers and supervisors will find themselves, at some point, taking on the role of the trainer and this course provides the opportunity for managers, supervisors and trainers to develop these necessary skills. |
