Management Training and Development:

IPS International provides management training packages geared to equip the modern manager with the skills necessary to motivate, lead, innovate and be successful in today’s constantly changing and severely competitive environment.

We can offer Management training on a per delegate open course, or as a customised course per company. With a customised course you can have a standard open course customised to better suite your requirements.

Open Courses

Send one or more delegates to us for an open course on any of the management skills or management NVQ progammes. These courses run at various dates. Open courses can be attended by anyone, so you gain insight into the way other companies operate and also share best practices.

Customised Courses

Book a customised course on a per day basis. This will allow you to send up to ten delegates to IPS or if you prefer we can come to you. With customised courses you can choose the course you want, then customise the content to meet your needs. We can also come to your company in advance and undertake a short assessment with the proposed delegates to find out their current skills level. This will help choose any customisations.
