Following the introduction of our state-of-the-art mobile training unit (MTU) in 2005, this distinctive vehicle has been visiting schools and organisations throughout the region either as a training vehicle or to promote a campaign or marketing initiative.
The MTU is a highly versatile vehicle offering both classroom facilities and specific equipment to support training including overhead data projector and smart board. The walls are fabric covered allowing the use of velcro hook tape for display boards.
The interior can be configured for Computer and IT training and internet connection can be delivered by 3G connection.
The vehicle is designed to deliver the industry-specific training we're famous for, and make access to training across the whole region easier, simpler and affordable.
The MTU can be configured for a combination of on board services including 415v three phase, 240v and 110v CTE and compressed air supply. It can accommodate 6 trainees and the external canopy and staging extend the training area outside the mobile. On board training facilities include data projector and Smartboard.
Wheelchair access is possible using the existing commercial tail lift with hand rail additions. The combination of side and rear access allows one way through traffic for it to be used as an information centre at open days, exhibitions and shows.
