This qualification has been designed for a recruitment consultant who is able to demonstrate a good range of knowledge and experience within their role. 
 
Qualification Structure:

To achieve a Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing, learners must be employed and need to complete a total of 41 credits:
 
  1. 28 credits must be achieved from the mandatory Group M.
  2. A minimum of 13 credits must be achieved from Group O.
