SKILLS for LONDON With help from Train to Gain and in partnership with the European Social Fund you can invest in skills for London employees giving them the ability confidence and motivation to deliver real business results.   Free training; IPS holds a Train to Gain contract covering the London Boroughs.  The training service provided is a response to the economic downturn and provides additional training resource to help employers meet their current and future skills requirements.

Our strength at IPS is that our NVQ programmes are delivered in the workplace by qualified trainers and assessors offering the employer flexibility,added value and less disruption to the business.  We will help you solve the problems you may face when thinking about identifying the training needs and choosing the right training solutions.

The area we cover
If your business or work is based in one of the London Boroughs and the company has less than 5000 employees you will be able to access funding for training and NVQ qualifications depending on the eligibility of the individual.

NVQ Level 2 
Fully funded for all eligible learners

NVQ Level 3
Some employees are eligible for full funding, for other employees part funding is available and an employer contribution is required.

NVQ Level 4 
NVQs in Management have full or part funding available depending on eligibility.
