Train to Gain Southeast IPS holds a Train to Gain contract covering the Southeast.  Train to Gain is a training service designed to help businesses get the training they need to help them succeed. Free training; IPS can provide Train to Gain funded training and NVQ qualifications that recognises employee capability and competence and can improve productivity by making sure employees have the right skills for the job. Our strength at IPS is that our NVQ programmes are delivered in the workplace by qualified trainers and assessors offering the employer flexibility,added value and less disruption to the business.  We will help you solve the problems you may face when thinking about identifying the training needs and choosing the right training solutions.

The area we cover
Our Southeast contract means we can deliver funded training and NVQs in Kent and Medway, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.  

NVQ 2 Level 2 
Fully funded for all eligible learners

NVQ Level 3 
Some employees are eligible for full funding, for other employees part funding is available and an employer contribution is required.
