IPS International  among top one percent!

IPS International has been awarded silver status by the Investors in People national organisation, putting IPS among the top one per cent of recognised Investors in People companies in the UK.

The grade recognises excellence in the firm's management effectiveness and other areas including the involvement and empowerment of employees and the active support of their personal and professional development.  To achieve the base standard, a company must meet 39 criteria in the improvement of employee management. To achieve Investors in People Silver accreditation the company must achieve an additional 76 evidence requirements or more. These include strategies for better performance, effective leadership and management through increased engagement.

It doesn’t stop here though, now we’re going for gold!

Investors in People was established in 1991 (When IPS achieved its first award) and since then it has helped many thousands of employers to develop and enhance their organisations. The new approach was formally launched by Lord Tony Young on Wednesday 6 May 2009, and is available to organisations of all types and sizes throughout the UK.
