More units for Management NVQs means more choice for learners

Following the development of new National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Management and Leadership by the Management Standards Centre (MSC), IPS is pleased to announce that an additional nine optional units are now available for National Vocational Qualifications in Team Leading & Management.

The new optional units fit into the qualifications as follows:

ILM Level 2 S/NVQ in Team Leading (more)
D8 -     Help Team Members Address Problems Affecting Their Performance
D12 -    Participate in Meetings 

ILM Level 3 S/NVQ in Management (more)
D8 -     Help Team Members Address Problems Affecting Their Performance
D9 -     Build and Manage Teams
D11 -   Lead Meetings
D12 -   Participate in Meetings
E9 -     Manage the Environmental Impact of Your Work
E10 -   Take Effective Decisions
E11 -   Communicate Information and Knowledge 

ILM Level 4 S/NVQ in Management (more)
D10 -   Reduce and Manage Conflict in Your Team
D11 -   Lead Meetings
E8 -     Manage Physical Resources
E9 -     Manage the Environmental Impact of Your Work
E10 -   Take Effective Decisions
