New cross discipline multiskilling course in Electro Pneumatics

New cross discipline multiskilling course in Electro Pneumatics

New for 2015, IPS has added a new module to the respected electrical multiskill training course.  The new module 6 combines electrical and PLC controls with pneumatics meaning IPS now covers machine control systems from pushbutton or touch screen through to pneumatic actuator.   The course combines pneumatics and electrical controls in such a way that a multiskilled maintenance engineer can now deal with automatic machine and sequence controls.

The course enables multiskil maintenance engineers to interpret electro-pneumatic circuits and understand what components do within the circuits. They can now use electrical and pneumatic fault finding techniques to ascertain the nature of a fault - control system, flow, pressure, directional, actuator or machine related.

There is a prerequistite that trainees should have completed Electrical E1 to E4 and a basic Pneumatics course or at least be able to demonstrate that they have have an equivelant capability allowing them to fully take part and benefit from the course content.  Hyperlink to view our Pneumatics course. hyperlink to view our Electrical multiskill course modules and Module 6 Electro Pneumatics.
