IPS International Limited is a well recognised apprenticeship training & consultancy provider across Kent and the Southeast.
As an Engineering Workplace Trainer, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional training and assessment to apprentices, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for success in the engineering field. From preparing apprentices for end-point assessment to delivering NVQ Diplomas, you will be at the forefront of nurturing talent and fostering growth.
Join our Rochester team, where you’ll have the opportunity to work across Kent and London, both in our training centers and clients’ premises. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a diverse team of engineering experts and make a meaningful impact on the industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding training and assessment on apprenticeship Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours preparing apprentices for end point assessment and completion of the apprenticeship as well as delivering Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ Diplomas within the engineering maintenance sector.
Our head office is in Rochester, where delivery of training will take place across Kent and London as within our client’s premises, this will involve traveling to and from different sites. You will be joining a team with a range of engineering skills, expertise, and interests.
The successful candidate will have a wealth of experience in engineering and manufacturing with relevant qualifications in Industrial Maintenance at level 3 or higher. Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
A teaching and assessment qualification are desirable; however, we can support to achieve this. Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality training and assessment
- Diary Management
- Apprentice learner management (within the group)
- Promote and support English and Maths
- Work as part of a delivery team
